Before, I only knew thoughts and feelings;
eagerly creating and defending a mental “me” image.
Now there is inner-space, I am aware of body-mind-world;
relaxing the compulsion to identify and invest in mental images.
All words as concessions…

I think psychological disturbances are identity.
Removing the identity won’t solve the issue.
Slowing the mechanism can create a new identity of peace,
but this can be an enlightenment trap.
