Snippets 2024 Week 18

Posted by Holger:

Hello friend,
I got reminded of a great quote:

“What seems to be,
is, to those to whom it seems to be,
and is productive of
the most dreadful consequences
to those to whom it seems to be,
even of torments, despair, eternal death.”

William Blake

How I relate to it:
Life renders according to my attitude/viewpoint.
Identified as “me” I shrink into a character in a story.
Being myself and enjoying life is not a personal doing,
but an effortless understanding.

Just for fun:
William Blake: Nov 28, 1757 – Aug 12, 1827.
Ludwig van Beethoven: Nov 28, 1757 – Dec 17, 1827.
