Sense of separation

Hi Holger,
I would define the sense of separation as mistaking ourselves to be an individual independent and autonomous human body mind.

The I thought divides, with input of the senses, reality into an internal “sense of me” – the separate self – and an outer reality that I call the world, in which the “others” exist independently just like “me”.
This creates a sense of isolation insecurity and fear about what would happen to “my” body to “my” entity and above all to “my” awareness.

This sense of me is buried deep in both beliefs and in bodily sensations.
In yoga meditation we learn and understand how to expose this sense of me deeply and then offer it to presence to that which is aware. We surrender the sense of me.
We live in expansion of our own universality.

Finally, Happiness goes far beyond the absence of suffering
In the absence of suffering we are the fullness of aware being of the deep understanding that we are the very same one consciousness, that you are my very self.

This brings you the sense of equanimity of sharing of sameness and of love.

We are One reality, One consciousness, one being.
There is no conflict no problems in the Oneness.
Only practical things to resolve in this knowing that’s we are different but not separated.

Love,
Nathan
