Knowing is openness,
free of the “me” that thinking assumes.
“Born from below” we are identified/confined
as a separate body-mind in a world of birth and decay.
We only see life through the filter of
conditioned thinking/feeling/assumptions/beliefs.
“Born from a above” we have detected/outgrown our original sin,
our erroneous sense of being a separate-self:
10% misguided thinking, 90% muscle-memory.

Truth is an activity in our own consciousness:
thinking allowed, thinking aloud in order to
discover again our capacity to rest in being,
to let Life nurture/guide us from within.
Simply reading words doesn’t cut it.
Besides the noble act of trying to make-sense,
we are gifted with some practical
key questions/explorations:
