Sorry, I don’t recall your exact words;
and I am not denying your point!
Just in general: maybe we don’t need to micromanage our moods?!!
For the personal-me moods are its identity, its energy-supply.
Mr Jesus says something like ‘unless you die in yours sins
(unless you understand the me-virus)
you cannot enter the kingdom
(your effortless fulfillment, the causeless peace)’.
Too simple: only awareness is aware,
the rest is the play of beliefs/identity/habits.
