“On one level, life is effervescent and active.
On another level, it is absolutely Still.
The Inner Stillness nourishes the outer Activity.”
I don’t mind what happens.
― J. Krishnamurti
There is one core belief which leads to the sense of separation and the sense of lack as well as the fear of mortality, and that is the belief that I/consciousness am limited, personal and dependent of phenomenal experience, such as the world, body mind.
When you take a look at the sense of separation, you find sensations within the body and thoughts within the mind.
But you do not find an actual separate self.
Right?
If so, you can trust your understanding and cease to live in a crouched position.
You can drop the illusory barriers and explore the openness of being, your true self.
