Dear friends,
Once again a simple confirmation that we will meet this tuesday afternoon, at 3:30 Pacific time, for an other sharing of the Tantric yoga meditations from the series entitled Transparent Body Luminous World.
….as well as an invitation for those of you who may not have met with us previously. To ‘my’ perception and in ‘my’ experience this series offers a truly valuable gift from Rupert; one that allows us to experientially explore the felt sense of the separate self illusion. it’s one thing to understand the teaching, to love to talk about it and wonder about this or that, and an altogether different thing to experience this apparent reality, and travel the human journey in this apparently oh so real body. In my experience these yoga meditations offer an opportunity to repeatedly confront our ‘spiritually’ ‘informed and knowledgeable’ minds; challenging us to explore the apparent ‘evidence’ for the experiential reality of this separate self.

the room opens at 3:30 Pacific time, allowing 1/2 hour before
guided exploration begins at 4 lasting 1/2 to 1 hr.
with time afterwards for those wishing to share something of their experience and address what may have shown up.
